This is a book about different kinds of trespass - the poacher who trespasses on someone's property, the finance who trespasses on a mother's son, and the warmongers of the war following the collapse of Yugoslavia and of the invasion of Iraq. The ending is too neat, but otherwise, this is an interesting novel.
There are a couple of interesting plot twists and I found the story quite absorbing. I've read other books by this author and have never yet been disappointed.
